PROJECT L.U.C.I.D
INTRODUCTION
Thank you for listening to the Narrow Way Christian Ministry's online Church service, today's sermon is a part of the Exposing Satan Series and is titled: Project L.U.C.I.D. The purpose of this sermon is to explain Project L.U.C.I.D and detail how it is connected to Bible Prophecy. I would like to begin today's sermon by reading a scripture from the book of (Daniel 2:22) He revealeth the deep and secret things: he knoweth what is in the darkness, and the light dwelleth with him.
PROJECT L.U.C.I.D
(Revelation 13:16-17) And he causeth all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond, to receive a mark in their right hand, or in their foreheads: And that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark, or the name of the beast, or the number of his name.
The Bible warns us that this system was coming, and now it is here. Bible prophecy envisioned a grotesque system of human enslavement that would devour the whole earth. It describes a planet so heavily monitored and aggressively policed, that no one on earth will buy or sell unless they receive Satan's mark in their right hand or forehead. This nightmarish system of surveillance and universal human control is slowly being established in every other major city across the globe, and every nation is working towards the establishment of Project L.U.C.I.D. Project L.U.C.I.D was disclosed to the public in 1995, a detailed description of this military industrial project was published in the September-October edition of Narc Officer Magazine, the Official Publication of the International Narcotic Enforcement Officers Association. The L.U.C.I.D system was allegedly designed by Dr. Jean Paul Creusat, Medical Officer Investigator on Narcotics Control, and INEOA Representative to the United Nations, and Anthony S. Halaris, Information Systems Specialist, and President of Advanced Technologies Group Inc. Below is a small section of the abstract from the Narc Officer Magazine article which was titled: L.U.C.I.D and the Counter-Terrorism Act of 1995.
Abstract: L.U.C.I.D is a concept study for the future Universal Information Identification System via L.U.C.I.D.net. This article intends to advocate the research and development of this system to help prevent, deter and frustrate terrorism and international organized crime. HOW L.U.C.I.D WORKS
Project L.U.C.I.D is an advanced software that was designed as a universal identification system, and was installed under the cover of the Covid-19 Pandemic. The roll out of this universal system of identification has been progressive, but the system itself was made operational in the year 2000. The L.U.C.I.D software system is a universal and comprehensive surveillance network, this system uses an all source centralized information centre, that will interface multilingual messages into a common communication network. Project L.U.C.I.D gathers data from all over the world, from every government agency, bank and financial institution, every school, university and medical centre. Project L.U.C.I.D gathers massive amounts of data from every corporation, shop and local vendor, every police station, army unit, and private security company is feeding Project L.U.C.I.D with data. Every phone call, email, and social media post is being recorded by this system, all information is collected, consolidated and analysed by Project L.U.C.I.D. This "Universal Identification System" is essentially a massive computer brain, and global command centre for digital surveillance, and universal human control. The other aspect of Project L.U.C.I.D is the ISO 9000 program, which was installed globally in the year 2000.
ISO 9000 PROGRAM
(Revelation 18:11) And the merchants of the earth shall weep and mourn over her; for no man buyeth their merchandise any more:
The ISO 9000 program is a crucial part of Project L.U.C.I.D, it was launched globally in the year 2000, and is now the universal standard for the quality control of all commercial goods on the planet. All major companies and corporations are required to obtain the ISO 9000 certification in order to conduct their business, and this certification mark will soon become the sole requirement for conducting any and all commercial activity. Only businesses deemed "essential" will be approved for the ISO 9000 certification, and all approved products will receive a QR code mark encoded with the number 666. The ISO 9000 program will ensure that no man would be able to buy or sell unless he is registered with the federal government and approved for Project L.U.C.I.D'S Universal Identification System.
WHO CONTROLS PROJECT L.U.C.I.D?
Project L.U.C.I.D is controlled by the United States National Security Agency (NSA), they run their primary operations from a building called the Puzzle Palace in Fort Meade Maryland. While on the surface the NSA's purpose is protecting Americans from terrorism, this agency's strategic mission is to build Satan's universal system of human control, which is foretold in Bible prophecy. Through its supervision of the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA), the U.S National Security Agency has been able to create and install massive computer systems, spy satellites, telecommunication devices, and sophisticated surveillance equipment all across the globe. The N.S.A, through its subsidiary organizations like the CIA and FBI, covertly sponsor, create, arm and fund terror units and extremist groups of all colours and creeds. The NSA and its intelligence subgroups are intimately involved with every regime change operation, and political assassination that has taken place in recent history. The National Security Agency uses murder, destruction and false flag terror attacks to extend its military power, and its global surveillance capabilities. But who really controls this beast system, who is in charge of this intelligence behemoth? There is no doubt that Satan is the real director of the NSA, and he is using this agency to identify and detain individuals he has deemed domestic terrorists, and threats to "national security."
DIGITAL IDENTITY
Project L.U.C.I.D mandates every man, women and child be issued with a universal "Smart Card" which will act as a persons digital and bio-metric identification. The "Smart Card" drawn up under Project L.U.C.I.D was designed to contain an advanced computer microchip, capable of storing large amounts of digital and bio-metric data. This digital identity that was dreamed up under project L.U.C.I.D, guarantees the control and invasive surveillance of every living human being on the planet. This new age "smart device" is capable of storing templates (digital samples) of an individual's DNA genotype, and human leukocyte antigen data. This "Smart Card" contains artificial intelligence software, and special high-tech sensors which are capable of recording a person's facial profile, fingerprints, and iris map. This bio-metric ID system will assign every member of humanity with a personalized number, alongside the number of the Beast, 666. Project L.U.C.I.D's digital bio-metric ID card and all the data it contains, will be linked through wireless networks to many super computers. All data captured by Project L.U.CI.D through it's digital identification system, will be swallowed up by a wireless interlocking supercomputer network. This wireless network establishes a big brother computer database of unparalleled invasive power, nothing will be private or hidden from project L.U.C.I.D. The "Smart Card" will record and link all personal interactions and financial transactions. The digital bio-metric identity will track and trace every aspect of human life, recording every detail of people's personal lives, in massive cyber space dossiers. Sophisticated international computerized telecommunications and intelligence gathering centres, have already been established, and the world's most advanced super computers are being utilized for this project. All data gathered from a citizen's "Smart Card" (Digital ID) will then be fed into the Universal Computerized Identification Clearinghouse Resource Centre. Every digital ID holder will feed Project L.U.C.I.D with personal data and will be investigated by Federal Police agencies, and international security companies.
LUCIFER'S UNIVERSAL CRIMINAL IDENTIFICATION SYSTEM
All spy information acquired through corporate and government records will be consolidated under Project L.U.C.I.D, it will then be stored in the Universal Computerized Identification Clearinghouse Resource Centre. This data will be made available to military intelligence and international police organization, for the purposes of contact tracing, and criminal investigations. The Universal Computerized Identification Clearinghouse Resource Centre, acts a type of central intelligence repository, were everyone's personal data will be constantly analysed by police and intelligence agencies, with the help of Artificial Intelligence technology. These agencies include: Australia's ASIO and ASD, America's NSA, CIA, NRO, DIA, NASA, DEA, IRS, ATF, DHS, NSC, DOJ and FBI. Also included in L.U.CI.D's spy network is Britain's MI-6, Russia's FSB, Europe's Interpol, and the Israeli Secret Intelligence Service (Mossad). These are only a few examples of the people that will be sifting through data, gathered by Project L.U.C.I.D's universal identification system. Individuals flagged by these agents, will be thoroughly investigated and assigned a color code of either green, orange or red. The color code assigned to an individual will be based on a threat assessment carried out by police and military intelligence agencies, and the subsequent national security status that they will decide. Project L.U.C.I.D is a part of the universal system of human control described in Bible prophecy and is Lucifer's Universal Criminal Identification System. I would like to finish Today's sermon with a scripture from the book of (Revelation 18:3-5) For all nations have drunk of the wine of the wrath of her fornication, and the kings of the earth have committed fornication with her, and the merchants of the earth are waxed rich through the abundance of her delicacies. And I heard another voice from heaven, saying, Come out of her, my people, that ye be not partakers of her sins, and that ye receive not of her plagues. For her sins have reached unto heaven, and God hath remembered her iniquities.
