REX-84: F.E.M.A IN BIBLE PROPHECY
INTRODUCTION
Thank you for listening to the Narrow Way Christian Ministry's online church service, today's sermon is a part of the revealing the Antichrist series, and is titled REX-84 F.E.M.A in Bible prophecy. The purpose of this sermon is to explain the REX-84 continuity of government program, and how the United States Federal Emergency Management Agency, is the fulfillment of Bible prophecy.
I would like to begin today's sermon by reading a scripture from the book of (Daniel 2:40-42) And the fourth kingdom shall be strong as iron: forasmuch as iron breaketh in pieces and subdueth all things: and as iron that breaketh all these, shall it break in pieces and bruise. And whereas thou sawest the feet and toes, part of potters' clay, and part of iron, the kingdom shall be divided; but there shall be in it of the strength of the iron, forasmuch as thou sawest the iron mixed with miry clay. And as the toes of the feet were part of iron, and part of clay, so the kingdom shall be partly strong, and partly broken.
REX 84 - CONTINUITY OF GOVERNMENT
REX-84 was exposed by U.S Congressman Jack Brooks, during the Iran Contra scandal hearings of 1987. These hearings uncovered the existence of a classified plan to suspend the U.S. constitution, and install the REX-84 continuity of government program. In 1987 a classified military operation was brought to light in which the National Security Council (N.S.C), planned to set up a shadow government over the United States of America. It was revealed in the Iran Contra hearings that conspirators within the military industrial complex, planned to use the Federal Emergency Management Agency (F.E.M.A), as a vehicle for the takeover of the United States republic. The REX-84 continuity of government program included a plan to declare martial law the United States, and to divide America into ten F.E.M.A regions. This sinister plan was enacted On the 13th of March 2020 when Donald Trump signed the National Emergency Declaration. Donald Trump also appointed F.E.M.A Administrator Pete Gaynor, as the secretary for homeland security on the 12th of January 2021. With his executive order and his appointment of Pete Gaynor, Donald Trump officially suspended the U.S. constitution, and enacted the REX-84 continuity of government program.
MARTIAL LAW U.S.A
The REX-84 continuity of government program is the New World Order take over of America, and it is the conquest of the American people! The REX-84 conspirators have long planned to use the Federal Emergency Management Agency, as a vehicle to seize control over all production and distribution in the United States, this includes all food, water, electrical power, fuels and minerals. The continuity of government program also included provisions for the mass imprisonment of U.S. citizens, and federal powers to mobilize civilians into work brigades. REX-84 allows F.E.M.A to take over all health and education facilities, and allows F.E.M.A to take over highways, airports, railroads, inland waterways, and public storage facilities. REX-84 allows the Housing and Finance Authority to relocate communities with public funds, and designate selected areas to be abandoned. The REX-84 continuity of government program even designates the Postmaster General, to operate a national registration of all persons, and the implementation of a national identification system. Through activation of 1950 Defense Production Act the continuity of government program, also allows F.E.M.A to designate the strategic relocation of industries, services, government functions, and all other essential economic activities. The next sections of this sermon will detail how the REX-84 continuity of Government program will culminate, and how F.E.M.A is the fulfillment of Bible prophecy.
F.E.M.A IN BIBLE PROPHECY
(Revelation 17:12-13) And the ten horns which thou sawest are ten kings, which have received no kingdom as yet; but receive power as kings one hour with the beast. These have one mind, and shall give their power and strength unto the beast.
The United States government is under the full control of the Federal Emergency Management Agency, and the REX 84 continuity of government program was enacted by Donald Trump, on the 13th of March 2020. According to fema.gov, once Donald Trump signed the National Emergency Declaration, the United States of America was divided into ten F.E.M.A regions, and put under the control of ten military commanders. The Bible warned us that the kingdom of the Antichrist would be divided into ten regions and ruled by ten kings, this doctrine can be found in the book of (Daniel 2:40-42) - (Daniel 7:23-24) and (Revelation 17:12). Bible prophecy warns us of Federal Emergency Management Agency, and the rise of its ten kings! The United States of America is the end time Roman empire described in Bible prophecy, and its ten kings will give full control of the United States military empire to the Antichrist himself, the dreaded Beats 666.
THE BEAST 666
(Revelation 6:2) And I saw, and behold a white horse: and he that sat on him had a bow; and a crown (CORONA) was given unto him: and he went forth conquering, and to conquer.
Bible prophecy foretold the authoritarian American empire of 2021, and scripture detailed how the U.S. would rule the world through its military power, and through its draconian foreign policy agenda. The Bible describes the United States of America, and its F.E.M.A ten king command structure. This section of the sermon will explain why I believe that Donald Trump is destined to be the Antichrist 666, and detail the actions he has taken that confirm Bible prophecy. On the 14th May 2018, Donal Trump moved the U.S. embassy to Jerusalem, and declared Jerusalem to be the undivided capital city of Israel. He also signed an executive order defining Judaism as a nationality, this executive order not only officially recognized the "Jews" as God's chosen people, but also made it a criminal offense to deny this fraudulent claim. Donald Trump officially declared the Synagogue of Satan to be the seed of Abraham, and the rightful owners of Jerusalem, Donald Trump mediated the Abraham Accords Peace Agreement on the 13th August 2020, and formally made a military alliance between the U.A.E, Israel, and the United States. In December 2019 Donald Trump signed the Caesar Syria Civilian Protection Act of 2019 into international law, and officially recognized the Golan Heights region of Syria to be sovereign Israeli territory. Donald Trump also authorized Operation Warp Speed, and the military production of the Covid-19 MRNA injection. Donald Trump authorized the use of the United Nations ID2020 Vaccine Passport in America, signed the Secure 5G and Beyond Act of 2020, he also authorized HR 6666 (TRACE) Act. Donald Trump also enacted the REX-84 continuity of government program, and is the one who gave the Federal Emergency Management Agency complete power over the United States of America. F.E.M.A REGION 2:
(Revelation 13:7) And it was given unto him to make war with the saints, and to overcome them: and power was given him over all kindreds, and tongues, and nations.
The Bible teaches us that the Antichrist will be given power over a one world government, and rule all men by the power of it. The United Nations head quarters is located in New York city, now officially known as F.E.M.A region two. According to Bible prophecy, The full power of the United States of America, and its United Nations global government apparatus, will be given to the Antichrist 666, by the ten kings of the Federal Emergency Management Agency. I strongly believe that what I have described is the fulfillment of Bible prophecy, and the second coming of Jesus Christ is close at hand.
I would like to conclude this sermon by reading a scripture from the book of (Daniel 7:19-22) Then I would know the truth of the fourth beast, which was diverse from all the others, exceeding dreadful, whose teeth were of iron, and his nails of brass; which devoured, brake in pieces, and stamped the residue with his feet; And of the ten horns that were in his head, and of the other which came up, and before whom three fell; even of that horn that had eyes, and a mouth that spake very great things, whose look was more stout than his fellows. I beheld, and the same horn made war with the saints, and prevailed against them; Until the Ancient of days came, and judgment was given to the saints of the most High; and the time came that the saints possessed the kingdom.

REX 84 EXECUTIVE ORDERS
EXECUTIVE ORDER 10990 allows the government to take over all modes of transportation and control of highways and seaports.
EXECUTIVE ORDER 10995 allows the government to seize and control the communication media.
EXECUTIVE ORDER 10997 allows the government to take over all electrical power, gas, petroleum, fuels and minerals.
EXECUTIVE ORDER 10998 allows the government to seize all means of transportation, including personal cars, trucks or vehicles of any kind and total control over all highways, seaports, and waterways.
EXECUTIVE ORDER 10999 allows the government to take over all food resources and farms.
EXECUTIVE ORDER 11000 allows the government to mobilize civilians into work brigades under government supervision.
EXECUTIVE ORDER 11001 allows the government to take over all health, education and welfare functions.
EXECUTIVE ORDER 11002 designates the Postmaster General to operate a national registration of all persons.
EXECUTIVE ORDER 11003 allows the government to take over all airports and aircraft, including commercial aircraft.
EXECUTIVE ORDER 11004 allows the Housing and Finance Authority to relocate communities, build new housing with public funds, designate areas to be abandoned, and establish new locations for populations.
EXECUTIVE ORDER 11005 allows the government to take over railroads, inland waterways and public storage facilities.
EXECUTIVE ORDER 11051 specifies the responsibility of the Office of Emergency Planning and gives authorization to put all Executive Orders into effect in times of increased international tensions and economic or financial crisis.
EXECUTIVE ORDER 11310 grants authority to the Department of Justice to enforce the plans set out in Executive Orders, to institute industrial support, to establish judicial and legislative liaison, to control all aliens, to operate penal and correctional institutions, and to advise and assist the President.
EXECUTIVE ORDER 11049 assigns emergency preparedness function to federal departments and agencies, consolidating 21 operative Executive Orders issued over a fifteen year period.
EXECUTIVE ORDER 11921 allows the Federal Emergency Preparedness Agency to develop plans to establish control over the mechanisms of production and distribution, of energy sources, wages, salaries, credit and the flow of money in U.S. financial institution in any undefined national emergency. It also provides that when a state of emergency is declared by the President, Congress cannot review the action for six months.
National Security Act of 1947 allows for the strategic relocation of industries, services, government and other essential economic activities, and to rationalize the requirements for manpower, resources and production facilities.
1950 Defense Production Act gives the President sweeping powers over all aspects of the economy.
