THE TRUTH ABOUT CHRISTMAS
INTRODUCTION
This article is titled: The Truth about Christmas and Sun (Baal) Worship By: Sister Teresa Hillebrandt. Christmas is a Pagan holiday. The time of year, and the ceremonies with which it is still celebrated, prove its origin. "And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free" (John 8:32). God is a Spirit: and they that worship him must worship him in spirit and in truth" (John 4:24).
There is not a word in the Scriptures about the exact day of Jesus Christ's birth, or the time of the year when he was born (Matthew & Luke 1-2). However, what is recorded in Scripture, implies that whenever his birth took place, it could not have been on the 25th of December. At the time that the angel announced Jesus' birth to the shepherds in Bethlehem, they were feeding their flocks by night in the open fields. Although the heat of the day can be considerable, the cold of the night, from December to February, is very piercing, and it was not the custom for the Shepherds of Judea to watch their flocks in the open fields at night later than about the end of October. Therefore, December 25th could not be the right time of Jesus Christ's nativity. In addition, at the time of Jesus' birth, the Roman Emperor Caesar Augustus had issued a decree that everyone in the Roman Empire would be taxed (meaning a census/numbering of the people) in the city of their family lineage (Luke 2). A tax such as this would require some to take long journeys and the middle of winter (December) was not fitting time for such a tax to take place, especially for women with child, and children to travel in. Therefore, Christ could not have been born in the depths of winter.
THE RELIGION OF BABYLON
Long before the Christian era, December 25th, around the time of the winter solstice, a pagan festival was celebrated among the heathen in Babel in honor of the birth of the illegitimate son of the Babylonian queen. This pagan festival involved the worship of a pagan/counterfeit trinity:
(Nimrod= sun god/Baal = Father)
(Semiramis =moon god = The great Mother goddess /queen of heaven)
(Tammuz = reincarnated sun god/Baal= son).
During the time of Nimrod and Babel (Genesis 10-11), Nimrod started the great organized worldly apostasy from God that continues to dominate the world today. According to ancient history & tradition, Nimrod married his own mother whose name was Semiramis and together they established the first claims of deity among the people living in the land of Shinar/Babylon. They established the city of Babel, the center of world government and the foremost location of idolatry, prostitution, licentiousness. They started a religion of sun worship which replaced the worship of the true God with a polytheistic system based on the stars. This polytheistic system led the people away from the true God, the Creator (Job 31:26-27) (Job 38) (Psalm 19) (Amos 5:8) (Romans 10:18), to serve and worship the creature/creation (Deuteronomy 4:15-19) (Deuteronomy 12:2-3, 8, 30-32) (Romans 1:17-32). Nimrod and Semiramis reigned only a few centuries after the flood. Shem the son of Noah, Abraham and Job were also living at this time and maintained the knowledge of the one true God and his promise of a redeemer (Genesis 3:15) (Job 19:25-27). It is believed that Nimrod met a violent death when Shem placed a bounty on his life. Nimrod was killed "cut down" and his dead body was cut in pieces & the dismembered parts were sent to various cities as a warning/example to others/apostates. This practice is described in the Bible (Judges 19:29) (Samuel 11:7).
THE QUEEN OF HEAVEN
After the violent death of Nimrod, Semiramis determined that if the idolatrous religion was to continue, succeed, and spread, it would need to be more secretive and mysterious. Following Nimrod's death, in order to secure her reign as queen of Babel, Semiramis devised a way of keeping the Spirit of Nimrod alive. She had already deified Nimrod as Baal (meaning Lord or husband)/the Sun god but needed Nimrod to return to the people. In life her husband had been honored as a hero; in death she would have him worshiped as a god (Genesis 3:4-5). Semiramis consulted her astrologers who told her that the sun dies on December 21st (the shortest day of the year) but then begins to come back to life again on the eve of December 24th as the days begin to grow longer and makes its full rebirth on December 25th. Semiramis then told the people this was the birthday of Nimrod/Baal/ the Sun god. In paganism, this is known as the "winter solstice" (Leviticus 19:26) (Deuteronomy 4:19) (Deuteronomy 17:3) (Deuteronomy 18:14) (2 Kings 21:6) (Galatians 4:9-10).
Using astrology as her guide, Semiramis became pregnant around March 25 (9 months from December 25th) and then she concocted a legend for the people of Babel telling them that on December 21st, Nimrod dies each year, but then on December 25th, Nimrod is reincarnated as the sun god. The evil practice of believing a pagan god would be resurrected from the dead by weeping, mourning, lamenting is referred to in (Numbers 25:1-6) (Ezekiel 8:14-16) and began with Nimrod, Semiramis and Tammuz. Semiramis told the people of Babel that she had become the goddess of the moon and sky and that Nimrod was being reincarnated in her womb as Baal the sun god on December 25th. She told the people that Nimrod had impregnated her with the rays of the sun supernaturally and Nimrod reincarnated himself as her new son Tammuz on December 25th. Each year on Tammuz's birthday (December 25th), the pagans were ordered by Semiramis to go into the groves/forest (Deuteronomy 12:1-3; 16:21-22) (Judges 3:7; 6:25-30) and "cut down" a tree in honor of the death of Nimrod and take the tree into their homes and decorate it with silver and gold balls to symbolizing Nimrod's rebirth as Tammuz. This evil practice is described in the Bible (Jeremiah 10).
SUN WORSHIP
The religion of Babel (sun worship) involved worshiping a mother goddess (queen of heaven) (Jeremiah 7:18) (Jeremiah 44:17-19, 25) and son (Tammuz) (Numbers 25:1-6) (Ezekiel 8:14-16) represented using images, pictures, art-work, idols, etc.. as an infant or child in his mother's arms. Over time, the religion expanded and involved various worship practices, rituals, rites, ceremonies, idolatry, etc. (Exodus 20:3-5, 23) (Exodus 34:12-17) (Leviticus 19:4) (Deuteronomy 12:2-3, 30- 32) (Deuteronomy 18:9-14). This religion spread throughout the earth when the Tower of Babel was destroyed and God confounded the languages and scattered the people across the earth (Genesis 10:32) (Genesis 11) (Deuteronomy 4:19) (Deuteronomy 32:7-12). Sun (Baal) Worship came down in human history through both the Old World Middle East and European World (Egypt, Assyria, Babylon, Meads and Persia, Greece and Rome, etc.) and the so called New World of North and South America (the Toltec, the Aztec, Inca, Maya, Sioux, Lakota, etc.). These great masses of mankind all worshiped the sun since (approximately 100 years after Noah's flood), the time of Nimrod and the tower of Babel. This was the beginning of polytheism, with a father god, mother goddess, and illegitimate child (son) religion which gave rise to the various figures & names of deities across the ancient civilizations/cultures/mythologies. THE UNIVERSAL CHURCH OF SATAN
In 325 AD, when Constantine who was a sun worshiper, became Emperor of Rome and the head of the newly formed Roman Catholic Church, the pagan celebration of December 25th and the winter solstice (festival of Saturnalia) was changed to Christmas, but the traditions and festivities of Saturnalia remained intact. Even today, the Catholic Church has adapted mother/son worship into their veneration of the virgin Mary/the queen of heaven and her son Tammuz (not baby Jesus). Thus, the pagan festival involving the worship of he sun and the pagan/counterfeit trinity continues.

Celebrating Christmas was a crime in the early years of the American colonies. After the revivals in the 20th century, Christmas and pagan traditions hardly existed as late as the 1890's. But as the Roman Catholic Church began to grow in the United States, paganism began to creep into all the churches until it became the near total apostasy we have today. The church in Europe and North America has not only become involved in idolatry itself, but through its missionaries in the last 100 years, it has been exported to all nations of the earth. Thus, sun (Baal) worship is prevailing in all nations. The pagan customs become larger and more expensive every year as various forms of media are used to seduce the people. Christmas is not a Christian holiday and is not found in the Bible. It is man's attempt to keep pagan sun worship by changing the name of Tammuz to Jesus and Semiramis to Mary. In reality, it is still the old pagan worship of the queen of heaven.
DAY OF THE ANTICHRIST
The truth is that Christ was never in Christmas from the very beginning. (Joshua 24:14-15) (2 Corinthians 6:17-18) (Revelation 18:4). Thus, in ancient times, all of the nations were sun (Baal) worshipers. This is the reason God called Abraham out of Ur of the Chaldees (Babel area) (Genesis 11:26-32) (Genesis 12:1-7). He was a Chaldean from the city of Ur, located in the country/nation of the Chaldeans (modern day Iraq). Abraham was called by God to come out of the area of Ur and the religion of sun (Baal) worship (Genesis 31:19, 30, 32, 34. 35) (Genesis 35:2-4). Through Abraham, God formed a group of people who became known as the Israelites/ Hebrews for the purpose of teaching all of the other nations about the true God and through whom the Messiah would be born (Deuteronomy 4:6-9) (Deuteronomy 7) (John 1:1-14) (Romans 3:1-2). However, over time, the Israelites/Hebrews also became sun (Baal) worshipers and broke their covenant with God and they lost their right to the promised land/Palestine (Leviticus 26)(Deuteronomy 28-32) (Jeremiah 2:7-8, 11-13) (Jeremiah 11) (Hosea 4:1-6). Today the vast majority of Jews are Talmudic and/or Kabbalistic and they do not believe in the Torah or the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob (Matthew 15:1-14) (Matthew 16:6- 12) (Matthew 23) (Mark 7:1-13). The modern state of Israel was brought about through wicked men of war and Talmudic/ Kabbalistic and Freemasonic planning (Jeremiah 8-9). In addition, just as in ancient times and down through history, the vast majority of people on earth continue to practice various forms of sun (Baal) worship (Revelation 17-18).
